Ballymoney Cycling Club

wish to express our sincere condolences and extend our support at this time to

Stephen Gallagher and his family.

With you every step and in our prayers every moment.

Not till the loom is silent and the shuttles cease to fly, will he unroll the canvas and tell the reason why. The dark threads are as needy in the weavers skilful hand, as the threads of Gold and Silver in the pattern he has planned.

In our Prayers and thoughts with.

Stephen and Judith...

Funeral Arrangements For Cody Gallagher, son of Stephen

The funeral will take place on Monday of Cody Gallagher, son of Stephen and Judith Gallagher. Stephen who rode for An Post Sean Kelly team and won the FBD Rás in 2008, had taken time out from cycling recently to care for his son, Cody who had a serious heart complaint. Unfortunately Cody died early on Thursday morning.

The funeral service will take place in at 2.00pm in Armagh First Presbyterian Church in the Mall in Armagh City. Burial will be in the Orchard Cemetery in Richhill after the service. There will be refreshments served in adjoining hall following the burial.

Stephen and Judith are staying with Judith's mother at this sad time and have informed us that the house is open to friends and family. They want to thank all those in the cycling world who have already sent so many text messages of sympathy which has provided them with a lot of comfort.

For those who want to visit Stephen and Judith, they are staying with Judith's mother, Renata Kyle at

8 Drummanmore Rd.
Armagh.

The house is on the main Portadown-Armagh Rd. There is a small roundabout with an Elim church on the right. The house is located just behind the church. They would appreciate people calling in.

A Book of Condolences has been opened on the Juiced Orchard Website and people are invited to post a message of sympathy on this.
